Our terms and conditions, in plain English

What this page is

This is a readable summary of the rules your account runs on. It is not the binding document — the full terms and conditions live in the cashier, they are the version that governs your account, and where the two differ, that version wins. Verify anything that matters to you there before you rely on it.

Your account

One account per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method. Duplicate accounts are the most common terms breach we see, they are almost always accidental, and they will hold up a payout while we work out which one is real. If you have created two, tell live chat rather than waiting for verification to find it.

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to gamble where you live. The account must be in your own name and funded from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits — a partner's card, a friend's wallet — will be rejected at verification and can void winnings, which is an anti-money-laundering rule rather than a preference of ours.

Your details must be accurate. A name, date of birth or address that does not match your ID is the single biggest cause of delayed payouts, and it is entirely avoidable at sign-up.

Deposits, bonuses and wagering

The minimum deposit is AU$10, or AU$20 to qualify for a bonus. Bonuses must be opted into before the deposit is made — a deposit landed without the offer selected cannot have a bonus applied to it afterwards, by us or by support.

Deposit-match bonuses carry 50x wagering, calculated on the deposit and the bonus together. Pokies contribute in full towards that turnover; table games, live dealer titles and certain high-return pokies contribute little or nothing. Maximum bet sizes apply while a bonus is active, and exceeding them can void the bonus balance.

Conversion from the welcome package is capped — at AU$5,000, or six times the total of the four qualifying deposits, depending on which applies to your account. The no-deposit sign-up spins carry their own harder ceiling of AU$200. Bonus balances expire if left unwagered; the current period is shown against the offer in your account.

Withdrawals and verification

The minimum withdrawal is AU$20 and the standard ceiling is AU$10,000 per week, raised only by loyalty tier. Requests are reviewed manually, typically within about 24 hours, and payment then takes one to three business days on most rails — longer for some banks, minutes for crypto.

Verification is mandatory before the first payout: photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of a card if you deposited with one. Where possible, funds return by the method they arrived on. We do not charge withdrawal fees at any tier; third-party bank and network fees are outside our control.

Wagering must be complete before a bonus-linked balance can be withdrawn. Requesting a payout while a bonus is active typically forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it — the cashier warns you before you confirm, and it means what it says.

Fair play

All games are supplied by licensed studios and their outcomes are determined by tested random number generators. Neither we nor any player can influence a result. Attempts to exploit a bonus system — collusion, bonus-hunting across duplicate accounts, automated play — void the account and its balance.

We may suspend an account while investigating a suspected breach, and we may close an account at our discretion, in which case any real-money balance not tied to a bonus is returned to you.

Changes and disputes

Terms change. Promotional terms change more often than the rest, which is why every offer page on this site tells you to verify current conditions in the cashier rather than trusting a number that was accurate when it was written.

If something goes wrong, raise it with live chat first — most disputes are a misunderstanding of wagering or verification and are resolved in one conversation. Anything unresolved can be escalated through the complaints process set out in the full terms, and ultimately to our licensing body. The homepage summarises how the account works if you want the friendlier version first.
